Terms & Conditions - Promotions, offers and discounts

Key terms for our new‑subscriber discount. This page summarises eligibility, validity, exclusions, and returns. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Offer eligibility

  • Sign up for discount promotions avaialbe to new email subscribers only.
  • One promotional code per customer and per household.
  • Non-transferable; not redeemable for cash; not valid retrospectively on past purchases.
  • Not available to trade customers, dealers or resellers.

  • We may cancel orders that reasonably appear to be bulk/resale.

What's included / excluded

  • Percentage discounts valid on full-priced bikes only.
  • Category, event and seasonal promotions, see website promotional page for included items.
  • Excludes: parts, spares, accessories, gift cards, services, delivery charges, and any discounted items (including Factory Outlet, Last Chance, sale or promotional bikes).
  • Cannot be used with any other promotion, offer, discount code, referral, bundle, price match, or finance/voucher schemes (e.g., Cycle to Work).
  • UK orders only, delivered to UK mainland addresses.

Validity

  • Discount codes are valid for 14 days, for category, event and seasonal promotions, see website promotional page for details.
  • Valid codes apply once per customer at checkout on frogbikes.com only.
  • Discount codes must be entered at website checkout; they cannot be added or applied via other sales chanels or after an order has been placed.

  • If the code doesn't apply, contact us before completing checkout - see technical issues.

Stock & fair use

  • Subject to availability while stocks last. We may limit quantities per customer to ensure fair use.
  • If a code is published on deal sites or used fraudulently/misused (including multiple signups), we may invalidate it and/or cancel affected orders.

Returns & refunds

  • Our standard returns policy applies; your statutory rights are not affected.
  • If you return items from an order where a code was used, any refund will reflect the discounted amount actually paid.
  • For partial returns, the discount is apportioned across items returned.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Technical issues

If you experience problems applying the code, please contact marketing@frogbikes.com before completing checkout. We're unable to apply codes after purchase.

Privacy

We'll process your data in line with our privacy policy. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

Changes to the promotion

Frog Bikes may amend or withdraw this offer at any time where necessary (e.g., error, abuse, or circumstances beyond our control).
