‘Play and Pedal’, 12 days of Christmas Social Media Competition

Terms and Conditions
The Promotion
1. This Promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised and hosted by Frog Bikes.
2. The Promotion will run from 08.00 am on 1 December 2024 (BST) up to and including 23:59 on 12 December 2024 the “Promotional Period”).
3. The Promotion is open to all residents of the United Kingdom aged over 18 or with the consent of a parent or guardian aged over 18. Employees and Trustees of Frog Bikes are unable to enter the competition.
Entry Requirements
4. To enter, participants must comment (with the stated emoji) on one of the 12 ‘Play and Pedal’ social posts published on Frog Bikes' social media channels during the Promotion Period.
5. It is each entrant’s responsibility to ensure that any images they submit which include an identifiable person or persons have been taken with the permission of the person or persons pictured and do not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws.
The Prize
6. The winning participant (“The Prize Winner”) will win one of the following 12 prizes relevant to the day(s) they entered the competition:
Day 1 competition (1 December 2024) - Gibson Games - Quirk, age 5+, Fast Track, age 5+, Three Frogs More, age 5+, Frog sticker, Frog snap band, Frog rucksack, Frog Eraser, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch.
Day 2 competition (2 December 2024) - Galt Toys - Dinosaur baby puzzles, 18 months +, Farm baby puzzles, age 18 months +, Transport baby puzzles, age 18 months +, Frog sticker, Frog snap band, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog rucksack.
Day 3 competition (3 December 2024) - Hachette Board Games UK - My Puzzle Adventure, age 5 + (winner of the As d'Or Award Cannes 2024), Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog sticker, Frog rucksack, Frog snap band, Frog knog light.
Day 4 competition (4 December 2024) - Ginger Fox - Taskmaster Board Game (8 years +), Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog sticker, Frog pen, Frog snap band, Frog knog light, Frog rucksack.
Day 5 competition (5 December 2024) - Jaques of London - Classic Board Game - Snakes and Ladders & Ludo game, Frog sticker, Frog pen, Frog snap band, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog rucksack, Frog Eraser, Frog ruler.
Day 6 competition (6 December 2024) - Ravensburger UK - Scotland Yard Junior, age 6+, Labyrinth, age 7+, Bugs in the Kitchen, age 5+, Frog knog bike light, Frog sticker, Frog pen, Frog eraser.
Day 7 competition (7 December 2024) - Orchard Toys - Christmas Eve Box (3-6 years), Countdown to Christmas Activity Book, Elf Lotto Mini-Game (3-6 years), Snowman Snap Mini-Game (3- 6 years), Pigs in Blankets Mini-Game (3- 7 years), Frog snap band, eraser, Frog sticker, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch.
Day 8 competition (8 December 2024) - Rex London - Wooden four-in-a-row game set, Mini croquet set, Wooden pick-up sticks game, Frog sticker, Frog snap band, Frog pen, Frog eraser, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch.
Day 9 competition (9 December 2024) - Drumond Park/TOMY - Articulate For Kids, Best of Kids, Frog sticker, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog pen, Frog eraser, Frog snap band.
Day 10 competition (10 December 2024) - Ginger Fox- Buzzed out Family Game, Frog snap band, Frog sticker, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog eraser, Frog ruler, Frog Push the Limits hoodie aged 12-13 years, Frog Knog light, Frog rucksack, Frog snap band.
Day 11 competition (11 December 2024) - Hachette Board Games UK Gigantosauraus: The Adventure Game aged 3 years +Frog snap band, Frog sticker, Frog water bottle made from sugar starch, Frog eraser, Frog ruler, Frog hoodie aged 3-4 years, Frog Knog light, Frog rucksack, Frog snap band.
Day 12 competition (12 December 2024) - Frog bike - Frog 47 first pedal bike in red >> aged 4-6 years old.
The winner will be shared on the Frog Bike’s social media page.
7. The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.
8. The Prize Winners will be chosen and contacted via social media within 7 days of the closing date of 12 December 2024. The Prize Winners will have 7 days to respond and claim their prize. The Prize Winners must consent to their details being shared with Frog Bikes and the relevant third-party board game provider to arrange the delivery of the prizes. If there is no response after 7 days, a new Prize Winner will be chosen and contacted.
Promotional Rights
9. By submitting their entry to The Promotion, participants agree to grant Frog Bikes the right to free reproduction and exhibition of the entry in all media to promote Frog Bikes. The copyright of entry remains with the entrant.
10. Participants may be asked to take part in publicity activities, but their acceptance is not a requirement of the promotion.
11. Submission of an entry will be taken to mean acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
